Career development and progression

Career development and progression are key priorities at Practice Plus Group Health in Justice. With structured pathways, regular performance reviews, and clear opportunities for advancement, we help you build a rewarding career.

We offer:

Learning opportunities

Our Learning Academy and Learning Management System (LMS) give colleagues access to a rich library of eLearning, virtual classrooms and training. From mandatory modules to advanced skills, we provide the resources and flexibility you need to keep developing throughout your career.

Leadership development

We are proud to grow our future leaders from within. We have extensive Team Management Essentials and Management Essentials programmes, as well as a ground breaking leadership programme which focuses on our clinical and medical management and leadership known as “Chrysalis” or Management Essentials for Clinical Team Managers. These programmes offer tailored learning, 360° feedback, and coaching over 12–24 months, helping colleagues build confidence and lead with purpose.

Reverse mentoring

Equity, diversity and inclusion are key pillars of our value system. Reverse mentoring provides a valuable opportunity for leaders to genuinely understand the structural or cultural barriers and obstacles that some colleagues face. Through honest conversations, a reverse mentoring experience can open up participants to different perspectives and help to cultivate a culture of understanding, empathy and connection among employees who come from diverse backgrounds.
